We found energy educators online and completed the free eligibility test which was quick and easy. We were contacted the following day by a friendly and informative Mo who answered all of our questions and managed to book us in the following day. Unfortunately the job was alot bigger than they anticipated due to the location of the unit, so they could not complete the job, however; Mo worked hard to ensure we still had our unit installed before our baby was born. The following day, by 8am, we had another crew come over and they installed the unit. They were clean, efficient and ensured our questions were answered. Mo was easy to talk to and we really appreciated how hard he worked to ensure our unit was installed quickly. The team that installed the unit were professional and once again, we really appreciate them coming out to complete the job. Energy Educators recently fitted a ducted ac unit at my parent’s home. I sent an online enquiry one morning by midday they called me. Asked all the right questions & teed up an inspection. Within a week or so the unit was fitted. Aside from a minor hiccup fitting the unit in the roof - needed to cut out for the air return, we are very happy & satisfied customers. I found energy educator extremely easy to deal with. I made several phone calls to them before I decided to go ahead and asked lots of questions, Mohamad was always helpful and courteous, not at all pushy. He assured me the installers were professionals and would do an excellent job, that I would not be disappointed. Mo was very informative when I contacted him with my inquiry, he told me all about the government energy rebates which made the final price discounted. The company was flexible with booking dates at my convenience. The two installers Dave and Nor were very polite and communicated with me every step of the way about where the systems would be installed. The two electricians did an excellent job installing two air conditioning units in our home. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to listen to our requests. The service was excellent we waited 2 days and then they came and installed our air so happy with the way the tradesmen so were excellent cleaning up as they went
